Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Raftoo ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Raftoo is a business-to-business (B2B) online marketplace that connects verified sellers of hardware, tools, fasteners, safety gear, lubricants, electrical components, and related industrial/maintenance products with business buyers across India. Raftoo acts solely as a technology intermediary and is not itself a seller of goods.
You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a legally registered business entity in India to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that:

Sellers must complete the seller verification process, which includes submission of a valid GSTIN, bank account details, and business identity documents. Sellers agree to:
All product listings are subject to admin review. Raftoo may remove any listing that violates these Terms, is inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate.
Buyers must register with a valid business email and agree to use the Platform solely for bona fide business procurement. Buyers agree to:
An order is confirmed upon successful payment or, for direct-payment orders, upon the seller's acceptance. All payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Raftoo is not responsible for currency conversion or bank charges.
Orders may be cancelled by buyers or sellers prior to dispatch, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Raftoo reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Sellers on the direct-payment model are charged a Platform Fee of 1% of the order value (exclusive of GST) per completed transaction. This fee is due within the period displayed in the seller dashboard. Repeated non-payment may result in account suspension or legal recovery proceedings.
Delivery may be fulfilled via third-party logistics partners (such as Porter) or seller self-transport. Raftoo is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force-majeure events. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to the buyer upon confirmed delivery to the provided address.
All content on the Platform — including the Raftoo name, logo, UI design, and proprietary software — is owned by Raftoo or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Sellers retain ownership of product images and descriptions they upload, and grant Raftoo a non-exclusive licence to display such content on the Platform for the purpose of facilitating sales.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raftoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Raftoo's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Platform Fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Raftoo may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations and dispute resolution) will continue.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer or business under applicable Indian law.

Raftoo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
